The claim will never expire, and the tokens will remain in this contract until they are claimed.
Licensing
10% for Sunbirds
We will license Sunbirds NFTs from the community to be used as playable characters in our games and sold to players as in-app purchases.
License fees will be distributed evenly to all licensed Sunbirds in $BIRD. An initial 10% of the token supply has been allocated to our licensing smart contract for licensed Sunbirds to claim on chain.
90% of all game revenue (from both in-app purchases and ads) will be used to purchase $BIRD on the open market and deposited into the licensing contract on a monthly basis.
Liquidity Providers
10% to LP Providers
We are allocating 10% of the token supply to the Bird Pool. These tokens are to be distributed equally among liquidity providers.
By adding liquidity to the WETH/BIRD pair on Uniswap, you will mint new LP tokens. These LP tokens can then be staked on our platform to farm $BIRD.
The amount of $BIRD distributed will be determined algorithmically by the smart contract based on how many LP tokens are staked and how much $BIRD remains in the Bird Pool.
Liquidity Burnt

200,000,000 $BIRD will be allocated to the initial liquidity and the LP tokens will be burnt.
There will be a fair launch via Pink Sale where 100% if the eth raised will be used to create the initial liquidity pool on Uniswap.

500,000,000 $BIRD will locked away in a treasury indefinitely for potential CEX listings, VCs, and partnerships and player rewards.
These tokens will be on time locks to ensure they are released into circulation in intervals.

Sunbirds NFTs are a 20,000 piece collection of digital bird avatars, randomly generated by Fuego Labs, using the same exact traits as Moonbirds CC0.
Sunbirds are NOT distributed under a CC0 license, meaning that NOBODY can use the artwork to build their own collections and products. However, the owners of the Sunbirds NFTs can use the art connected to their NFT under a license granted to them by Fuego Labs.
